In his time in technology journalism, Doug has reported on everything from the latest smartphones, TVs and computer operating systems, to the increasing prevalence of Facebook, Google and Twitter in our daily lives. He’s also covered the emergence of some of the world’s biggest start-ups, such as Uber, Hailo, SwiftKey and Box, as well as the leaks on government surveillance from NSA whistle-blower Edward Swowden.
In his current role at IDG, Doug stays on top of the latest market trends and works with the biggest technology brands to tell their story to their target audience.

Jella Segers has worked at Signify (previously Philips Lighting) since 2000 in several roles and countries, including Germany, The Netherlands, China and Singapore. Currently, she is responsible for developing the strategy for the hospitality sector – focusing on connected lighting architectures such as Interact Hospitality. In her work Jella seeks for new ways of improving the guest experience, reducing energy consumption and optimizing staff operations through IoT technology.

Established with 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ahmed has a well-rounded focus in budgeting, operations management, business innovation and Information security.
In his current role as Area Director of Technology and Business Innovation, Singapore; he will continue to drive innovation and offer business solutions, validate pilot projects and assess roll-out opportunities for the group’s Hotels in Singapore.
